No orders are currently accepted, no delivery addresses are collected, and no shipment, refund, or return can be initiated from this storefront. This page records the standard intended for the private commerce release; it does not create a shipping offer, delivery promise, or blanket refund promise.
01Destination
When commerce is enabled, shipments will be available to research addresses in the United States only. Eligibility and any shipping restriction are confirmed at checkout for an approved research account.
02Handling and dispatch
The release standard is 1–2 business days of handling after an approved order and confirmed payment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Handling and inventory availability are estimates, not guarantees.
All orders ship via USPS. Tracking details may become available when a shipping label is created. A label alone does not confirm USPS has the parcel; check carrier scans for acceptance and movement.
03Shipping rates

The shipping charge is calculated at checkout and shown with your total before you pay. Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage only.
04Estimated delivery
After dispatch, delivery timing depends on the USPS service used and the destination. Check the shipment tracking for carrier updates. Weather and other events can affect timing; estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
05Incorrect, damaged, short, or missing shipment
For a future shipment, contact support promptly with the order reference, product and batch details, and clear photographs of the parcel and affected item where relevant. Sequence will review the documented order and carrier record before determining the available resolution.
06Cancellation and return authorization
For a future released order, contact support immediately if cancellation is needed. Do not send any research material back without written instructions. Because chain of custody and handling conditions matter, return eligibility must be evaluated case by case under the active fulfilment procedure and applicable law.
