01 Scope
This policy applies to the Site, research-access screening, research-desk messages, and associated compliance records operated by Sequence Direct, LLC, 1413 N Inspiration Blvd #116, Alton, TX 78573. Links to sites we do not operate are governed by those sites' own notices. The providers we use to run Sequence are described below.
02 Information collected
We may collect the contact, organization, role, research-purpose, and acknowledgement information submitted in a research-access application, plus ordinary technical log information needed to secure and operate the Site. If you use the research assistant, the question you enter is processed to generate a reply. If ordering opens, order, shipping, and payment-status information will be processed to fulfill and support an order; payment card details are entered on the hosted payment page, not in the Sequence research-access form.
Do not submit medical information, dosing questions, personal-use information, payment card data, government identity documents, or other sensitive data through the Site.
03 How research-access information is used
We use research-access information to assess screening eligibility, contact an applicant, maintain compliance records, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and improve Site security. It is not used to provide medical advice or to make health determinations.
04 Sharing and retention
We use Cloudflare for the research-access service, database, and security; Firebase Hosting for the website; Resend to send application and order emails; and OpenRouter and its model provider to process research-assistant messages. When ordering is enabled, WooCommerce and its Verified hosted card page process payment details. These providers receive the information needed for their respective services. Authorized Sequence personnel may access records for screening, support, and operations. We do not sell personal information.
Revoked research accounts are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Approved account records are scheduled to expire 365 days after approval or the most recent sign-in. An automated daily task deletes expired application records and expired sign-in sessions. Records may be retained longer where required for legal, safety, accounting, or dispute purposes. Service providers may retain their own operational records under their terms.
05 Research-access service
Applications are recorded in Sequence’s server-side research-access service. The service keeps contact and screening fields, acknowledgement version and confirmations, and a one-way password hash; it does not store a readable password. A short-lived sign-in token may be held in your browser session to keep you signed in. It can be cleared by closing the browser session.
06 Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information associated with your screening application through the research desk or by mail to Sequence Direct, LLC, 1413 N Inspiration Blvd #116, Alton, TX 78573. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law.
07 Security and age restriction
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information at issue, but no online system is risk-free. The Site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly seek screening information from them.
08 Changes
We may update this policy by posting a revised version. Material changes take effect when posted unless law requires another notice.
