01 Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to the Sequence Peptides website and its research-access process. Sequence Peptides is operated by Sequence Direct, LLC, 1413 N Inspiration Blvd #116, Alton, TX 78573. By using the Site or submitting screening information, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
02 Research use only
All materials discussed or supplied are intended strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory and analytical research. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, foods, or veterinary products, and are not for human or veterinary use.
You will not use, administer, consume, sell, transfer, advertise, or recommend any material for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, or any personal-use purpose.
03 No medical advice or benefit claims
Nothing on this Site is medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a representation that a material diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, improves, or benefits any condition. Statements are limited to scientific context and are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or another regulator.
04 Eligibility and screening
You represent that you are at least 21, provide accurate information, act for a legitimate research purpose, and have the training, facilities, permissions, and authority needed for lawful handling. Sequence may request documentation, deny or revoke access, or decline any request in its discretion.
Creating a research account does not create a supply obligation, credit arrangement, or acceptance of an order. Each order remains subject to acceptance and availability.
05 Responsible handling
You are responsible for applicable law, institutional approvals, storage, handling, records, disposal, import controls, and permits. You must not relabel, repackage, or pass material to a person or organization that has not accepted equivalent restrictions.

You will defend and indemnify Sequence and its personnel against claims, losses, costs, and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful handling, or prohibited use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to applicable law.
