What does research use only (RUO) mean?
Materials are for lawful in-vitro and analytical laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment or consumption. We do not provide dosing, preparation or administration guidance.
Who can buy research materials?
You must be at least 21 and have a research account with the required research-use acknowledgements. Browsing acknowledgement and research-account access are separate. See the research access guide and terms.

The Lab Results and COA pages list published batch-specific records with lots, reported purity, accession numbers and original laboratory PDFs. Compare the exact product and lot. AquaSEQ is a laboratory supply with no COA or peptide purity claim. A published report does not establish suitability for human use.

Orders ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout from the address and order weight. Handling and delivery times are estimates; see the shipping policy for current terms.

Checkout uses a crypto-funded hosted payment flow through Verified. Funding methods and availability are displayed by the hosted provider. Review any fees and terms there. Beginning checkout does not confirm payment; check the order status for confirmation.
What is the returns policy?
Contact support@sequencepeptidelabs.com for order issues and return authorization. Eligibility is evaluated case by case under the published Shipping & Returns policy; do not send materials back without authorization.

Product-specific storage conditions are not published in the catalog. Request supplier documentation from support@sequencepeptidelabs.com and follow your laboratory procedures. We do not provide preparation, reconstitution or human-use instructions.
How can I track an order?
Use Track order with the order reference and checkout email. Order receipt, payment confirmation, label creation, dispatch, carrier acceptance and delivery are distinct stages. Contact the research desk if tracking is unavailable.
